This morning the whole school went to the film festival. Then we went into the movie to see the the film festival movie it was so much fun

when we went to the movie. At the film festival we watch our movie on the big screen. Across the movie I can see my little sister saying hi to me

Cross country run

Last Thursday we had cross country on the concrete gathered together on the concrete. I felt like I was melting on the concrete . the concrete was hot I wanted a water but we had to wait.

The big kids had on their silly wigs and amusing costumes  they were  funny.they were cheering for us  .

When I was at the starting line I heard the clap go .I bolted off the starting line across the field.

After  that the sun was  light breeze blowing on me .

I was up to the finish I wanted to stop but I keep run to the finish line.  

Three and Goldilocks

I have been learning to write complete sentences, add 

details, and change the beginnings of my sentences.

One summers day I was at home with my mum enjoying the lovely weather. I decided to go outside and play on my swing in my backyard. Our garden was full of flowers and I saw a butterfly flying near them. A fox came running past the garden came out of no way . I started to chase the  fox. then     looked  around the forest I was lost in the forest.  I saw a red balloon  fly there was a little house in the woods. I run to it I said anyone  home   I walked in. something smelled too delicious it was  porridge. I ate the big porridge it  is too  hot! for me . I ate  the medium one  it   was too much cold.I went too the little one it was just right for me .so I  went to the chair I sat  on  the big chair but it was too big for me.   the next chair was the medium one it was too cold I went to the little chair it was the the right good nice one.I went up to the bedroom there was a big bed that I jump on it was too much big. the medium one was to hot and cold the little one was the right. The bear was coming to their home the big bear said who ate  my one he was not happy the mum bear said who ate  my  one she was sad who ate my said the little bear he was so much sad and happy he was not having fun.

then they went to the chair who sat on my chair he was cross who sat on my chair said the mum she was so furious the little bear said some one sat my chair was not good . I am going up to the bedroom who was asleep on my bed who  sat  on my bed. But some one is on my bed .I run to home because the bear was looking at her I went home mum said come inside she said.

At night time I woke from my daytime sleep. When the moon was shining on me, the stoat, I started to hunt down the birds, kiwis and rabbits. I was lurking under the leaves  trying to catch my dinner. When I spotted the delicious creatures,  I started  attacking them. Into the birds ear. And I have sharp teeth,claws. I saw a rabbit I got the pane and cooked it and I had it for dinner. The rabbit no longer the time has ran out. After that I sink my teeth into the eggs and they were delicious. As I kept  hunting more animals.

Stoats are very cool little creatures but they are pests in NZ.

Stoats have long slender bodies and short legs . But they look like a white stoats in winter.

Stoats has a long short black tails.

When the moon is shining at night you will see a stoat rolling in the dark in the forest looking for it prey to a  attack. Then sinks it teeth into the little egg.

The stoat like to hunt down the birds in the forest but eat them sink there teeth in to it ear.

Science show

My favourite part was when they made the rocker fly.It was a amazing when they made it fly up.

But they did a little rocker then they did big.I was so happy to see the cool science. I was having so much fun at the science show.

A perfect for a duck

Two days ago, we read a poem called ‘The Prayer Of The Little Duck.’ Suddenly the  water  started  pouring down outside  on to the path.

Before it rained dark clouds rain onto the windows.But we know that ducks like to have fun in the rain.We saw some big puddles and some little one too.

It was a perfect day...for a duck!

This morning it was so cold that I did not want to get out of bed. I hid from  my  mum so that she couldn't see me in bed. My mum saw me and she  said you' have'to go' to school' .

Velvet Worm

 If you  go into the woods you will see a

velvet morn that has  soft stumpy legs but it is covered in tiny bumps.A face only a mother could

 love. The velvet Worm  lives on the forest floor under  leaves.

When the velvet worm is hungry, it  looks for a  creature like a cricket. After it finds it, the worm shoots sticky glue out of its nozzles to trap the cricket. When the cricket  was trap


The velvet worm gobble the cricket up.
