I am so impressed with your prediction - it was more of a summary however you were able to identify the main moral or message behind the story - ka pai. I also liked you prediction at the end about them trying to clean up the lake. I agree, perhaps they would be inspired by the kahawai to try and clean up their act! Next time we will work on questioning; to ask questions that will deepen our understanding of the text.
